Project Inquiry

Briefly describe what it's about. Bullet points are perfectly fine. A few short questions help to frame the project correctly from the start:

Vision: What should this project achieve?
Current situation: Where are things stuck, what's in the way?
Status quo: What does your current IT and system landscape look like? Are there existing systems slowing you down?
Data and security: Do you have specific requirements around data protection, compliance, or IT security?
The users: Who will be working with the new solution day-to-day?
Timeline: Is there a fixed deadline or a preferred start date?
The team: Who from the organisation is involved and leading the project?
